Our process begins with an online or face to face consultation to determine the most suitable treatment options based on your individual needs and medical history

Eligibility is generally based on your Body Mass Index (BMI) and medical history. Typically, a BMI of 30 or over is required, or 27 with weight-related conditions like high blood pressure or diabetes.

After completing an online or face to face consultation, a GPhC registered pharmacist will review your information. If approved, you’ll be able to collect your medication.

Both Wegovy and Mounjaro are administered as once-weekly injections. Wegovy uses the FlexTouch pen, while Mounjaro utilizes the KwikPen. Injections are given under the skin of the stomach, thigh, or upper arm, rotating sites each time.

Yes, every time you collect your medication, our pharmacy team will check your weight and height, and optionally, blood pressure and waist circumference. This information is recorded to track your progress. You will also have direct access to our lead Pharmacist, Rahul Puri via our dedicated WhatsApp service. 

Common side effects include nausea, vomiting, constipation, or diarrhoea, which usually subside within a few weeks. Rare side effects may include gallstone disease, pancreatitis, low blood sugar, or allergic reactions.

Both Wegovy and Mounjaro should be stored in the refrigerator (2°C – 8°C). They can be kept unrefrigerated below 30°C for up to 30 days.

If it’s been 4 days or less, take the missed dose as soon as possible and continue with your regular schedule. If more than 4 days have passed, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. Do not take a double dose.
